What should the weather be like?
The average high in April is 74 degrees with an average low of 46 degrees. The weather can vary greatly, so please check the local forecast before you travel.
What should I wear?
Conference attire is casual; you may want to dress in layers to allow for the spring climate.
Does the conference provide childcare?
Families are very important to us, however our conferences are adult training opportunities. Children and infants, including nursing infants, are not permitted in any of the sessions and childcare is not available.
When and where do I check in for the leadership conference?
Check-in for the conference will open Thursday, April 29 at 8:00 am. Our guest check-in area will be clearly marked upon your arrival.
Can I check in early for the conference to tour the campus?
We will not be giving formal tours at the Thrive Conference. We will have pre-Thrive events and set-up occurring ahead of time, so the campus will not be available before the designated check-in time.
Will there be parking available on-site?
Yes. We will have plenty of parking available on-site at the Bayside Church campus, as well as well-marked off-site parking with shuttles back to the campus.
May I attend only one day of the conference?
Yes, but you will still be required to pay the full conference price.
Will resources be available for purchase at the conference?
The Bookstore will be open throughout the conference. It will have conference materials, in addition to several other resources for you and your team.
Do you have wireless internet available?
Yes, we will have free Wi-Fi access available to you throughout the Bayside Church campus.
Can I switch names on my registration?
You can do this in advance by sending an email to rachelf@baysideonline.com or at Registration Solutions on the day of the conference.
If I need to cancel my registration, what do I do?
Refunds are not available; however, you may transfer your registration to another person. To transfer, contact rachelf@baysideonline.com.
Are there scholarships available for the conference?
We have worked hard to keep the overall conference cost down, in order to make it accessible to more people. If you are unable to pay the full admission rate, we ask that you volunteer at the event in exchange for admission.
How do I get the group rate for the conference?
The group rate is for groups of five or more. All registrations must be received at the same time in order to qualify for the group rate.
